Telecom infrastructure built for scale, resilience, and service growth.

Telecom infrastructure built for network growth, service delivery, and long-term operational scale.

RLTT Telecom Infrastructure is designed around the network foundations operators and communications providers depend on to expand coverage, enable services, strengthen resilience, and support commercial growth. The offer spans backbone, access, and core network environments, alongside billing platforms and MVNO enablement, creating a practical infrastructure model for telecom build-out, modernization, and service operations.

Build, expand or modernise network infrastructure with the right access, core, billing and service enablement architecture for your operational model.

Backbone infrastructure

Backbone infrastructure forms the high-capacity transport layer that connects cities, exchanges, data centers, aggregation points, and major network domains. RLTT can position backbone environments around transmission resilience, scalable capacity, route diversity, and long-term network growth, helping operators build the transport foundation required for reliable service delivery across large geographies.

  • High-capacity transport foundations
  • Route diversity and resilience
  • Inter-site and inter-city connectivity
  • Scalable backbone expansion

  • Last-mile service enablement
  • Coverage expansion support
  • Local access network build-out
  • Deployment-ready access environments

  • Central network control environments
  • Scalable service management foundations
  • Traffic handling and routing support
  • High-availability core operations

  • Charging and revenue support
  • Subscriber and account integration
  • Commercial service enablement
  • Billing platform reliability

  • MVNO service enablement
  • Faster route to market
  • Integrated operational readiness
  • Commercial and technical launch support

Telecom growth depends on infrastructure that supports both network performance and service operations.

RLTT Telecom Infrastructure brings together the technical and commercial layers required to support modern telecom environments — from backbone and access through to core, billing, and MVNO enablement. The result is a more complete infrastructure model for operators seeking stronger delivery capability, greater service readiness, and a clearer path to growth.

Proof in practice

National telecom infrastructure for oil and gas operations.

A real-world example focused on the physical telecom foundation behind critical oil and gas communications — backbone fibre, civil works, transmission readiness, network integration, and long-term infrastructure operations across Libya.

Telecom Infrastructure / National Network Build

Large-scale national fibre backbone for oil and gas locations

RLTT delivered large-scale telecom infrastructure across Libya’s oil and gas sector, providing the physical network foundation required to connect remote oilfields, production facilities, operational sites, export terminals, headquarters, and data centers.

In cooperation with national telecom and energy-sector stakeholders, RLTT played a key role in connecting 29 oilfields and oil facilities to Libya’s Next Generation Broadband Network, extending backbone infrastructure from remote Sahara Desert locations to strategic coastal and export-terminal environments.

The infrastructure scope included an integrated fibre optic backbone exceeding 1,000 kilometres, supported by civil works, trenching, duct installation, fibre deployment, splicing, testing, commissioning, and network integration. RLTT also continues to operate, maintain, and support critical oilfield communication infrastructure across Libya.
